i suppose this would be the main theme of this blog - how to age gracefully.... i may or may not have the awareness of how i would come across to other people as i age. so i shall document what i see and hopefully this serves as a reminder to myself as time passes. i see many who rejects aids as it becomes necessary. those who resist wearing glasses, hearing aids even as it becomes painfully apparent that it is necessary. note to self, wear glasses, hearing aids if it and when necessary. resisting it only makes one look older!

p/s: also note that there are numerous papers published stating that there is a correlation between hearing/ sight impairment with dementia.
